マッスルランク プライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシーは、iOSアプリ「マッスルランク」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。本アプリの開発者（以下「当方」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、以下のとおり情報を取り扱います。
1. 収集する情報と利用目的
1.1 トレーニング記録・プロフィール情報
本アプリに入力されたトレーニング記録（種目・重量・回数・日時・メモ）、体力テスト結果、プロフィール情報（年齢・性別・身長・体重等）は、お使いの端末内に保存され、記録の管理・ランク計算・統計表示のために利用されます。これらのデータが当方のサーバーに送信されることはありません（次項の匿名統計を除く）。端末のiCloudバックアップ設定に応じて、Appleのバックアップに含まれる場合があります。
1.2 匿名の統計データ（任意・同意した場合のみ）
利用者が明示的に同意した場合に限り、コミュニティ統計機能（全国平均・ランキング表示）のために、以下の匿名データをAppleのiCloud（CloudKit）データベースにアップロードします。

この同意は、アプリ内の設定からいつでも撤回できます。撤回後、新たなデータのアップロードは行われません。アップロード済みデータの削除をご希望の場合は、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までお問い合わせください。
1.3 ヘルスケア（HealthKit）データ
利用者が許可した場合に限り、本アプリはAppleヘルスケアから体重・体脂肪率・身長を読み取り、また体重・体脂肪率を書き込みます。HealthKitから取得したデータは、端末内での表示・記録のためだけに利用され、外部に送信されることはありません。また、HealthKitのデータを広告・マーケティング目的で利用すること、第三者に提供・販売することは一切ありません。
1.4 購入情報
Pro版サブスクリプションの購入・管理はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われます。当方がクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を取得することはありません。
2. 収集しない情報
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの個人識別情報
- 位置情報
- 連絡先・写真などの端末内データ
本アプリは、広告SDK・第三者のアクセス解析ツール・トラッカーを一切使用していません。
3. 第三者提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。データの保存にはAppleのiCloud（CloudKit）を利用しており、その取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
4. データの削除
端末内のデータは、アプリを削除することで消去されます。アップロード済みの匿名統計データの削除をご希望の場合は、下記連絡先までお問い合わせください。確認のうえ削除いたします。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に情報を収集することはありません。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や機能の追加に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページおよびアプリ内でお知らせします。

MuscleRank Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS app "MuscleRank" (the "App") handles user information. The developer of the App ("we") respects your privacy and handles information as follows.
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
1.1 Workout Records and Profile Information
Workout records you enter in the App (exercise, weight, reps, date, notes), fitness test results, and profile information (age, gender, height, body weight, etc.) are stored on your device and used for record keeping, rank calculation, and statistics display. This data is never sent to our servers (except the anonymous statistics described below). Depending on your device's iCloud backup settings, it may be included in Apple's backups.
1.2 Anonymous Statistics (Optional — Only With Your Consent)
Only if you explicitly opt in, the App uploads the following anonymous data to Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) database to power the community statistics feature (national averages and rankings):

You can withdraw this consent at any time in the App's settings. After withdrawal, no new data will be uploaded. If you would like previously uploaded data to be deleted, please contact us at the address below.
1.3 Health (HealthKit) Data
Only with your permission, the App reads body weight, body fat percentage, and height from Apple Health, and writes body weight and body fat percentage to it. Data obtained from HealthKit is used solely for display and record keeping on your device and is never transmitted externally. We never use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing purposes, and we never share or sell it to third parties.
1.4 Purchase Information
Pro subscription purchases are processed and managed by Apple's App Store. We never receive your payment details such as credit card information.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- Location data
- On-device data such as contacts or photos
The App contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, and no trackers.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except where required by law. Data is stored using Apple's iCloud (CloudKit), which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Deletion
Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App. To request deletion of previously uploaded anonymous statistics, please contact us at the address below.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or new features. Material changes will be announced on this page and within the App.
